CURIUM Participates in CRA Standards Unlocked – EU Tour in Barcelona

As part of a series of workshops held across Europe, the CURIUM Project was represented at the CRA Standards Unlocked – EU Tour in Barcelona, Spain, on March 26. Carlos Eduardo Rizzo e Silva from 28DIGITAL attended the event on behalf of the project.

Organised by the EU-funded projects CYBERSTAND.eu and STAN4CRA.eu, the workshop brought together experts and initiatives working on SME-friendly standards and tools to support compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

The event aimed to support SMEs in understanding, preparing for, and complying with the CRA by translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance and tools, while also highlighting ongoing standardisation efforts and opportunities for engagement.

A dedicated session on the CRACluster presented current work related to CRA compliance, including tools, guidance, and standardisation activities.

The session, moderated by Patricia Shields, featured contributions from:

  • occtet.eu, presented by Juan Rico (Eclipse Foundation)
  • CRACY – CRA made Easy, presented by Hector Laiz Ibanez (LSEC – Leaders In Security)
  • CURIUM Project and CUSTODES EU Project, presented by Carlos Eduardo Rizzo e Silva (28DIGITAL)
  • TrustBoost, presented by Emil Simion (Safetech Innovations)
  • NERO Cybersecurity, presented by Dr Eleni Seralidou (trustilio B.V.)

The organisers also expressed their appreciation to the Centre Tecnològic de Telecomunicacions de Catalunya (CTTC) for hosting the event.
